We give you a warranty period of up to 3 months on any manufacturing defects, to ensure your complete reassurance.
Exchange and return
In the event of any obvious manufacturing defect (which is rare thanks to our strict control system), you have the right to request a replacement or refund within the warranty period, and we will process your request as quickly as possible.
Shipping coverage
Because we bear full responsibility for our products, we bear all shipping costs back and forth if a manufacturing defect is proven.
Condition conditions
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, and that any feedback is communicated to us as soon as possible to ensure prompt service.
